Degree Programs

The School of Leadership and Professional Development educates leaders who will help shape the new paradigm of leadership for worldwide organizations, public and private. Both degrees offered through the school—the B.S. in organizational leadership and M.S. in strategic leadership—are designed to meet prominent trends in globalization, environmental concerns, the increasing speed and dissemination of technology, and scientific and social change. The school is developing new concentrations in addition to those listed here.
